Returns & Exchanges

We want you happy with your purchase. We will accept returned items if they are unworn and in their original boxes/plastic wrap with original tags. There is no charge for restocking, handling, etc., but the return postage is to be paid by you. You may return an item within 30 days of purchase. You may request and EXCHANGE for a different size OR a complete refund. Such request must be made via E mail PRIOR to sending us your exchange / return.

Three easy steps to a quick refund or easy exchange:

  1. Please take a moment to Email us and explain the reason for your exchange.
    Please be sure to include your name and daytime telephone number in your E mail. Please also be sure to send your E mail from a valid E mail      address where we can respond to you. We will respond to your E mail within 3 business days. In our response we will include an RA (Return Authorization) number. PLEASE save this E mail along with your RA number.
  2. Package the items that are being returned or exchanged and include the RA (Return Authorization) number on your package.
  3. Send the Return/Exchange merchandise to:

There is no additional charge when shipping the exchanged items back to you.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. However, In most cases we cannot ship to an APO address.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. You will also get a tracking number if your shipping address is within the United states. You can track your shipment on line, electronically 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
